Description of our work:

Specialist On Site Services Ltd are an industrial heating & engineering company based in South Lincolnshire. We travel nationwide providing maintenance and installations for various sites. We provide a range of valve services to a wide range of customers. We can supply, overhaul and test almost any make of valve, serving any purpose you require, at an always competitive rate.

The most common valves we overhaul and supply include: safety relief valves, parallel slides, wedge gates, globes, butterflys, ball, needle, knife/ penstock, pressure reducing, blowdowns, gauge cocks, balancing, plug, solenoid, three/ four ways, modulating , check/ non return & more besides. Specialist On Site Services Ltd are ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified due to insurance and inspection purposes. The company have welders coded in both MMA (stick) and TIG. (Welding certificates available upon request.)

We do several pipe repairs and small installations every year for a number clients. Manufacturing and fitting anything from very large diameter welded pipe to small bsp or crimp/ press fit tube. We also do various other fabrications like platework, bracketing, headers, supports.

Specialist on site services Ltd supply and overhaul all types of heat exchangers.

Offering a service to manufacture and retube calorifiers, coolers & condensers in our workshop in Lincolnshire. Any size and design to any specification required by the customer. We can provide a design drawing ourselves if insurance requires one. We also acid clean heat exchangers if necessary. The company have cleaning and washing down facilities at our premises, that can remove various types of build ups of carbon and scale.

A full cleaning service for plate pack heat exchangers of any size and specification is also available. We offer these to customers for any requirements.

For heater batteries & radiators we provide a repair and test service for batteries with small defects that are not beyond economic repair. If they are past their best, we can supply brand new units to any design and specification.

Specialist On Site Services Ltd also do various other works when required. We are not rigid in our approach. Our work crosses over into many things that we are more than happy to accommodate.
